As there are alot of pms on what exactly are these items, I called up AJ and asked him. After his explaination things see clearer. It maybe Aj is in a good mood today so he explained everything in detail..
Steps on how AJ obtain(layman terms):
Aj will enter the forest, before entering AJ will need to fast for 49 days combining chantings of moslem n Thai he form a protection circle and enter the forest. In the forest he starts to mediate,invoking the "jings" in the forest to approach him. Then come the hard process of obtaining them.AJ cant subdue them as they will not be happy and in the end its of no help at all. So come the persuasive skills of Aj. such process will take maybe years or months to persuae the "jings" and if they agree,they will guide AJ on where to obtain the shelter for them or gave Aj the items like stones etc. SO as I mentioned all these items are one-off and not mass produced.
In terms of ranking jings will be higher level then most spirits and cultivated. They are just like mankind living like us but in another dimension.
They are smart as well and so its not that easy to control them. But of course they have higher level of cultivation thus they can achieve more stuffs.
